Annie is a registered Developmental Educator who brings a calm and relational approach, supporting children and young people to build skills, confidence, and self-determination in everyday life.

With a background in primary teaching and current experience in disability support, Annie has developed a strong understanding of development and the challenges and barriers that can impact participation across home, school, and community contexts.

Annie’s approach is grounded in the understanding that emotional safety, connection, and a sense of belonging underpin learning and wellbeing. Her work is individualised and family-centred, guided by each child’s developmental stage, strengths, interests, and pace.

She uses a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach to create supportive environments that promote engagement and meaningful learning. Using evidence-based practices, Annie focuses on developing practical, transferable skills embedded within everyday contexts.
